With a family legacy in hospitality and tourism combined with over four decades of travel industry experience, Gary Hogan is intimately involved with every property in the Hogan Hospitality portfolio. As a hotel owner, he leads the organization with an entrepreneurial spirit that challenges team members to think like owners, resulting in successful properties that consistently outperform the competition. Gary’s leadership inspires innovation and creative solutions, and fosters a workplace culture that is fluid and nimble. The dynamic and cohesive environment at Hogan Hospitality offers a strong platform for its leadership group to share and exchange ideas with owners and investors, reflecting Gary’s personal commitment to the long-term success of every partner and stakeholder.
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience, Tom Bell is responsible for the analysis of potential investments, management of capital improvements and oversight of all operational and executive functions for the managed properties in the Hogan Hospitality portfolio. Drawing on his experience as general manager of luxury brands such as W Hotels and The Luxury Collection, Tom serves as a strategic resource for owners and stakeholders, and is responsible for the implementation of new initiatives that achieve revenue growth across all facets of every property managed.
Hogan Hospitality strengthened its leadership team with the recent addition of Geoff Graf. A 30-year veteran in hospitality, Geoff is responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships as the Hogan Hospitality portfolio expands. His extensive background in property development and asset management, along with his long-standing industry relationships, helps Hogan Hospitality serve an ever-expanding universe of markets on behalf of owners and ownership groups.
To ensure each property receives the full benefit of Hogan Hospitality’s owner-centric approach, Jansen Medeiros’ role is to provide operational support across the managed portfolio, including financial management, sales and marketing, guest satisfaction and quality assurance. Leveraging his experience with Prism Hotels & Resorts, Jansen is responsible for developing and managing Hogan Hospitality’s growth and innovation initiatives.
In order to exceed the financial expectations of hotel owners, an effective revenue management strategy is crucial. With over 25 years of experience, Jerry Sager is responsible for maximizing revenue at each hotel managed by Hogan Hospitality by overseeing pricing, inventory and yield controls. His ability to develop and execute the right strategy for each market during specific times contributes to the outstanding performance of every owner’s asset.
June’s high-level energy and enthusiasm make him a tremendous asset when it comes driving the sales efforts at Hogan Hospitality Group. A long-time hospitality veteran, June oversees the daily activities of the Sales team and works closely with marketing and revenue teams to ensure successful partner programs. He cultivates global business development and manages key business relationships to support each hotel’s sales goals across the portfolio.
Recognizing that employees are Hogan Hospitality Group’s most important asset, Pansy is committed to operational excellence with a focus on driving a consistently elevated employee experience. Just one of her many accomplishments, Pansy developed people systems to enable scalable workforce growth which has facilitated transformation and innovation across the brand.
With her focus on the Hawaii market, May builds employee engagement by creating a positive work environment that allows employees to thrive and perform their best work. May directs all aspects of the hiring lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. She shares Hogan Hospitality Group’s passion for giving back to local communities by hosting an annual career day for hospitality-focused high school students, developing community relations programs and spearheading charitable fundraising efforts.
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Imelda is responsible for managing our call center and customer satisfaction teams. She handles the day to day operations of the departments to ensure all guest reservation policies, standards and procedures are met in order to achieve maximum room revenues at the properties.
David received his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his MBA from Louisiana State University. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry including food & beverage, hotel operations, and finance. David is a key decision-maker who assists in the execution of the overall strategy for all the properties in the portfolio.
Taylor’s extensive hospitality marketing experience with some of the industry’s leading firms has given her an exceptional understanding of how best to achieve owners’ revenue goals through innovative digital marketing strategies. In addition to media planning and campaign analysis, Taylor works closely with the sales and revenue teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for all the assets in the Hogan Hospitality Group portfolio.
Tasked with meeting the financial objectives of the portfolio, Kory is responsible for organizing strategies to drive key hotel performance metrics. Kory’s previous hotel operations experience helps him explore fresh business opportunities and brainstorm ideas for new revenue programs. He monitors market trends and segment revenue performance to ensure revenue is optimized for each owner.
With over 25 years of experience, Cindi plays a vital role in meeting company revenue targets by generating leads, qualifying prospects, researching the market, and matching our products to clients’ needs. Cindi is a driven hospitality sales executive focused on delivering win-win outcomes for groups and key accounts across Hawaii and the mainland.
Sharon is responsible for managing the regional accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting across the portfolio. Sharon has lead hospitality accounting teams for nearly 15 years at Marriot, Starwood and Vistana. Her depth of accounting, budgeting, controls and financial experience is a tremendous asset to the Hogan Hospitality Group executive team.
A graduate of the University of San Diego, Becky has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. In her role, she collaborates with various departments to create sales and marketing campaigns that drive more revenues to the properties across the portfolio. She is responsible for analyzing results and outcomes to help strategize future sales activities and promotions.
